Yes. You set preferences in the app, and all conversations are filtered for kid-friendly content. You can view and delete history anytime.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Unlimited conversations are included in the retail price
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, whether you buy one Tovi or several. Tovi is currently available in the U.S. only, and we ship to all 50 states. Most standard orders arrive within 4–7 business days. Priority and express shipping options are available for an additional charge at checkout.
Does Tovi work without Wi-Fi?
Tovi needs Wi-Fi for live conversations. You can still access basic settings in the app offline.
Is there an app?
Yes. Tovi is controlled through a free companion app for iOS and Android. The app lets parents set up and personalize Tovi. It also provides full conversation history so you can manage how Tovi interacts at any time.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge gives you a full day of typical play. Tovi charges via USB-C, just like most modern devices.
What happens if my child asks something tricky?
Tovi is designed to skip sensitive topics and redirect the conversation to something positive and age-appropriate.
